Yes, in New Zealand shipping is FREE (both urban and rural) when you spend $55 or more.
How much does shipping cost?
For New Zealand, the shipping cost for orders under $55 is $4 for urban addresses and $8 for rural.
For Australia, we offer both tracked and untracked courier options. Untracked is NZ$10 and tracked is NZ$20.
For USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany we offer a tracked service of NZ$32.
For international parcels, you are responsible for any customs clearance, taxes or duties.
When will orders be sent?
We love fast shipping and we’re sure you do too, so we aim to send your order on the day you place your order or the next business day.
What is the estimated delivery time?
In New Zealand we use Aramex and NZPost Couriers. Their target delivery time is 2-3 working days for urban addresses, with an additional 2-3 working days for rural addresses. These targets can be impacted by weather events and parcel volume. Please contact us if your parcel tracking shows no movement for more than three days.
For International parcels, the delivery target is 13 working days. However, depending on volume it can take 20 working days.
How are products packaged for shipping?
At Everkind we want you to have zero waste, so we send all orders in cardboard boxes, and we use paper tape, paper stickers, cardboard, and tissue to both protect the items and ensure all packaging can be home composted.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when we send your parcel, we will send a shipping confirmation email which contains a tracking number and website link to the carrier, so that you can see progress.
How do I track my order?

If I use the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
Yes, mistakes happen, and if you contact us promptly before we ship it out, then we can make that change.

Lost or damaged parcels:
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Thankfully, this doesn’t happen often, but if your item is lost or damaged, please contact us. We will need the order number and a photograph or any damage.
When parcels are delivered, the courier takes a GPS reading and photograph, this helps us confirm if a parcel has gone missing in transit, been delivered to the wrong address or has been stolen.
Under our 100% happiness guarantee, we will replace free of charge any lost or damaged items.
